These terms explain the role of this website and important limits that apply when requesting information or auto-glass service from Auto Glass Depot.

Website content provides general information about windshield, vehicle-glass, mobile and window-mechanism services. It is not a vehicle inspection, safety determination, insurance decision or promise that a particular repair, part, location or schedule will be available.
Quote requests
A quote or contact submission sends information for review. Service, pricing, parts, location, timing and any additional requirements are confirmed only through the company’s follow-up. Customers remain responsible for providing accurate vehicle, damage, contact and location information.
Vehicle safety
Do not rely on a webpage to determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive. Broken glass, blocked visibility, loose fragments, structural damage and failed windows can create hazards. Avoid handling sharp material or repeatedly operating a jammed window. When the current condition may affect safe operation, stop and obtain appropriate in-person guidance.
Warranty
Auto Glass Depot states that supported auto-glass labor is backed by its lifetime labor warranty. The written warranty and the facts of the completed service determine actual coverage, exclusions, responsibilities and available remedies. Website summaries do not expand or replace those terms.
Insurance assistance
The company may assist with information used in an auto-glass claim, but does not promise insurance coverage, claim approval, deductible treatment, reimbursement or payment.
